Daniel and his team of 25+ exceptional consultants specialize in holistic ecommerce topics and retail business specialties, ensuring that clients receive top-notch expertise and trusted guidance. He has successfully built this team of brilliant consultants who have cultivated strong and trustworthy relationships while fostering an open culture where collaboration and mutual respect are valued. Daniel's career journey includes experience at in-trading, the ecommerce unit of DS Holding (now part of Social Chain AG). Joining them at an early stage, he played a crucial role in building and scaling their non-food business across various marketplaces such as Amazon Vendor and Seller, eBay, and others. During his tenure, he was highly involved in ecommerce process management, establishing robust and reliable processes around logistics, finance, marketing, and retail to support their continued growth. In his earlier consultant roles at Finc3, he laid the foundation for expertise in Amazon Vendor and holistic ecommerce knowledge, which he effectively shared with the team. During his time at in-trading/DS Holding, he navigated the challenges of a fast-growing business with a small team, delivering exceptional results through strong controlling and reporting setups.
