Jill brings over 25 years of Human Resources experience managing several start-up and early-stage companies—including Octane, Altus Group and CompassRock Real Estate where she developed and managed benefit plans, systems, policies, employee training, acquisition and integration objectives, and refined culture and engagement.

At Front Row, Jill focuses on planning, implementing and overseeing the culture, benefits, and employee development and engagement.
