Stephanie's accomplishments include tripling the employee count while maintaining high satisfaction levels and building the People & Culture department from scratch. Before Front Row, Stephanie gained experience at Audi, where she conducted research on cultural diversity, sustainability, and digitization impact on HR. She also worked for 2 years at D-Level, specializing in executive search for the digital industry.
