Veronika leads the People & Culture Team in the B2B marketing division of Front Row in Slovakia where she is responsible for building a high-performance culture while simultaneously designing and implementing people experience strategies. Veronika obtained her degree in Denmark and after a couple of years of working in conference organizing, she shifted her career to recruitment and HR. Over the past 7+ years, she gained a broad range of experience across the HR spectrum working for both boutique and large corporations.
